Taking care of yourself during the holidays
With Thanksgiving just finished and Christmas around the corner, now is the perfect time to look at how you're doing with the holidays, traditions, food, and people and make a plan for the coming month.

In a recent article, Conquer Magazine gives five tips to help you through the holiday season.
  1. Stay connected in whichever way you're most comfortable and able at this point in time.
  2. Ask for what you need whether it be for people to come to you to visit, or to pick you up, or run errands so you will have energy for a gather later in the day.
  3. Reduce stress and rest when you need to.
  4. Look out for older friends or relatives with a simple gesture.
  5. Step into the New Year with realistic goals.
